Trio Mahjong is a game in which you get to match tiles and remove them from a pile of tile that look like a pyramid. Usually, for tiles to be declared free, they should have at least one side free, but in this game, a free tile must have two sides free. Similarly in most other games, you remove the tiles in pairs but in this game, you have to remove the tiles in 3s. This adds a component of difficulty, but again this is assuaged by the fact that you get three different pyramids. This means that you should remove a tile from each pyramid. This is a timed game and you are given 15 minutes to finish all the tiles from the board. This means that if the time runs out and you have tiles on the board, then the game shuts down and you have to start again; finish the tiles faster, get better bonus points and then move on to the next level. Should you come to a point where you cannot find any more tiles, you can use the hint button. Using this button will cost you 100 points so you should only use it when you are truly stuck. There comes a time when you may actually have run out of moves; at this time, you can shuffle the tiles using the shuffle button. Even if you will get more moves, it will cost you dearly in terms of points. The best this is to try and get the tiles out starting from the top so you do not miss out on moves. Mahjong is a game where you must have a strategy and think a few moves ahead. Study the ties and then begin removing them with speed after you have a nice mind map of the best way to go about it.
